AML/CFT & CPF framework design
Policies, procedures and controls aligned to FATF recommendations, global best practice and your regulator’s rulebook.
We design and implement anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing and counter-proliferation financing frameworks built to global standards and tailored to the UAE’s regulatory landscape. Our work covers sanctions compliance, screening, transaction monitoring and suspicious activity reporting.
Each programme is proportionate to your licence, products and customers, and defensible under DFSA, FSRA, CBUAE, CMA, VARA and Ministry of Economy and Tourism supervision.

Counter-proliferation financing (CPF) covers the controls that stop funds or goods from reaching weapons of mass destruction programmes. UAE-regulated firms and DNFBPs are expected to assess proliferation financing risk and apply targeted financial sanctions alongside their AML/CFT programme.
goAML is the reporting platform of the UAE Financial Intelligence Unit. Regulated firms and DNFBPs register on it and use it to file suspicious transaction reports and other required reports.
At a minimum, the UN Consolidated List and the UAE Local Terrorist List. Depending on your business, customers and banking relationships, OFAC, EU and UK lists are usually screened too.
At least annually, and whenever there is a material change: a new product, market or delivery channel, a new regulatory requirement, or findings from an audit or inspection.
