From the founder

At RegLex, my goal is simple: to make compliance a discipline of precision, not paperwork.

The name RegLex is a tribute to RegLaw Chambers in Delhi, my uncle’s firm, where I first learned that good practice is built on rigour, integrity and respect for the client.

I trained as a lawyer and spent more than a decade across litigation, corporate advisory and governance, risk and compliance, including heading a disputes practice, before focusing on regulation. That taught me what templates and checklists miss: real compliance comes from understanding the law, the regulator’s expectations and how a business actually operates.

Today I serve as a registered MLRO and Compliance Officer with both the DFSA and the Ministry of Economy and Tourism, and work across the CBUAE, VARA, CMA and ADGM frameworks. I don’t just advise. I partner, interpret and implement.

RegLex was built for clients who value accuracy, discretion and insight, with regulatory, financial and people advisory under one roof, delivered to global standards. We measure success not by the number of mandates, but by the trust we build and the standards we keep.
